Exchange Policy

We want you to love everything you receive from Pretty Hustler Sales LLC. Because our products are hair and beauty goods, we do not offer cash refunds. Approved requests are resolved through exchange or store credit only. Please read carefully before purchasing.

Hair Products — Wigs, Bundles & Extensions

For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair products are final sale once opened or removed from original packaging. We do not accept exchanges on wigs, bundles, frontals or closures that have been worn, styled, colored or altered in any way.

Exceptions are made only for:

• Items that arrive visibly damaged or materially different from what was ordered — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Resolved by exchange or store credit.
• Unopened, factory-sealed items returned within 7 days of delivery in original packaging — eligible for store credit only.

Clothing & Accessories

• Exchanges accepted within 14 days of delivery — items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
• Exchange is for a different size or colour (subject to availability) or equivalent store credit.
• Sale items, intimates and swimwear are final sale — no exchanges or store credit.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Medical Wig Fittings & Services

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has taken place. Medical wigs that have been fitted and customised to the client are final sale. If you have concerns about your medical wig, contact us — we will work with you to find a resolution.

How to Start an Exchange

• Email contact@prettyhustlersalesllc.com with your order number and reason for the exchange.
• We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
• Do not send items back without first receiving an exchange authorisation — unauthorised returns will not be processed.
